Czechoslovakia and Italy, a hundred years of history
On 22 January at the Italian Institute of Culture in Prague, the journalist Sergio Tazzer presents, his book “Czechoslovakia and Italy, one hundred years of history”, published by Kellermann. Following discussion with the author by Pavel Helan, professor at Charles University. Starting from the birth of the First Republic in October 1918, whose stabilization was supported by Italy, the volume outlines some aspects of history up to the liberation from the communist regime and the separation of the Czech and Slovak Republics. The event, promoted by the Ambassador of Italy Francesco Saverio Nisio and the Director of the Italian Institute Giovanni Sciola, takes place on the centenary of the Italian Embassy in Prague and the start of their diplomatic relations.
