The RunCzech half marathons
After the Prague Marathon in May, the RunCzech race calendar continues with the four half-marathons in as many other Czech cities. All the competitions are known as Mattoni and awarded with the IAAF Gold Road Race Label. Three of the races will take place in the evening. On 21 May, it will be held in Karlovy Vary, on the scenic route along the banks of the Tepla river and Colonnade of the famous spa town. On 4 June, it will be held in České Budějovice, the fastest race, owing to its flat course. On 25 June, the race will take place in Olomouc, the most popular race and the first to be organized outside Prague. The last competition will be held on 17 Sept. in Ústí nad Labem, a different race, compared to the others, because of its course which runs through the Spolchemie chemical factory. All RunCzech half marathons allow a two-person or four-person relay.
